  • Otherwise normal,the camera can't open the preview screen.

    1. Turn the ball machine back and forth to test.
    2. It is recommended to disassemble the ball machine, unplug the cable and reconnect it, then restart and reset the camera(as shown in the picture above).

  • Other devices cannot preview the screen.

    1. Restart the router.
    2. Move the device closer to the router.
    3. Try mobile hotspot links(make sure the hotspot is switched to 2.4G).
    4. Disassemble the ball machine and rewire it(as shown in the picture above).

  • The memory card fails to load the screen.

  • The sensor is abnormal and cannot preview the screen.

    1. Reset the camera.
    2. Clear APP re-download——reset camera——connect camera.

  • Image appears red.

    1. "iCSee"APP - Advanced Settings - Click on the blank space several times (enter the hidden Settings) - select irCut in reverse order to open or close(as shown in the picture above).
    2. Restart the camera - cover the lens - ircCut reverse sequence and switch again.
    3.Disassemble the ball machine and rewire it.

  • Image skews blue or red.

    1.Properly adjust the camera Angle and rotate the ball machine.
    2."iCSee"APP - Advanced Settings - Click on the blank space several times (enter the hidden Settings) -Switch"Image Style".(as shown in the picture above)
    3.Click "Me" - "About" - "Update" to check whether it is the latest version.

  • The image has water ripples or flickers.

    1. Properly adjust the camera Angle and rotate the ball machine.
    2. "iCSee"APP—Advanced Settings —Click on the blank space several times (enter the hidden Settings) —open“Anti-flicker”(as shown in the picture above).

  • Image is all white

    1."iCSee"APP—Advanced Settings —Click on the blank space several times (enter the hidden Settings) —close“Anti-flicker”.
    2.Reconnect the camera after the default Settings are restored.
    3.Disassemble the ball machine and rewire it.

  • Rotating ball feedback image pixelation.

    1.Turn the sphere.
    2.Reset the camera— Connect the camera.
    3.Check whether the APP version is "latest".
    4.Clear the APP— Download the APP connection again.
    5. Disassemble the ball machine and rewire it.

  • Network instability causes the screen to be abnormal.

    1. Check whether the network is stable.
    2. Disconnect the network and reconnect it.
    3. Test the hotspot connection of the mobile phone. If the image is normal, replace the stable network.

  • Image black spot stains.

    Wipe the camera lens and reconnect it.

  • After getting the camera, I adjusted some parameters of the camera.

  • The images are black and white during the day and dark at night.

  • At night, the picture is black and the infrared light is not on.

    1.Click sound and light alarm—Switch night vision lights.
    2.Reset the camera.

  • The camera does not light up in low light at night.

    You are advised to adjust the light threshold using VMS on the computer.

  • The camera made a cluttered sound that was not clear.

    Move the antenna, the router away from the camera.

  • Unable to connect to the Internet or app failed to add camera.

    1. Optical Cat and set-top box are not compatible, it is recommended to use a router.
    2. Modify the wifi Settings of the router to separate the 2.4G/5G network.
    3. Router wifi6 is not supported. Replace the router and connect it to the network again.
    4. After resetting the camera, reconnect to the Internet.

  • When there is no WiFi outdoors, the phone shows the camera device offline.

    1. Connect your phone to the router and see if your phone can open the web page.
    2. Open "ICSee"— Settings —Advanced Settings (click the blank multiple times to activate hidden Settings)—Network test —The device is connected to the external network normal.
    3. Restore the router to factory Settings - camera reset - connect.

  • The phone's not getting an alarm notification

    1.Open "ICSee" — Settings —Smart Alert — Open "Open" —open "Humanoid Detection".
    2.Turn on "ICSee" —Settings—Smart Alert — Turn off "Messages do not Disturb".
    3.Open the phone Settings —turn on the "ICSee" APP notification management permission.

  • Alert message no picture.

    1. Open "ICSee"—Setting—Intelligent alarm—alarm mode (check snap picture).
    2. Check the network - Replace the storage card.
